Coordination of a European development team with the focus on filtration media with professional and disciplinary leadership Defining development priorities, targets & timetables in coordination with the Director R&D, Director Sales and our customers Control of the project pipeline Conducting and implementing development projects for the filtration area as well as new business areas from product idea to production and market launch Active cooperation with internal / external customers Participation in patent creation and monitoring in cooperation with the patent department Establish and maintain contacts to raw material suppliers, machine manufacturers, service providers, institutes and universities Close cooperation with other functions such as advance development, production, sales, new business development, quality management, HSE, purchasing

Master's degree or PhD in the field of chemistry, textile technology, engineering and the like At least 5 years of professional experience in the development of technical textiles or in the development of nonwovens, preferably in the field of filtration Including experience in project management as well as methodological expertise (Stage Gate Process, Project Management, Lean and the like) Affinity in handling and analysis of technical data using AI Joy of work in multifunctional teams and strong communication skills High degree of self-employment and willingness to design, characterized by a systematic, analytical way of working and a rapid understanding Travel percentage approx. 20% German and English knowledge in word and writing
