IT operation and user support You ensure the safe and reliable operation of our IT systems. As a contact person for IT topics, our employees support you in everyday work and ensure working business processes. You maintain and manage our IT infrastructure as well as the hardware and software components used. You ensure a stable operation of IT applications, monitor the flow of data between the systems and support the integration and adaptation of interfaces. You advise and support the specialist areas in the use of IT systems and perform tasks in the user support. You contribute to IT-asset, service and fault management and support the documentation of IT processes, including the necessary systems. You contribute to the planning and implementation of measures to ensure information security and the use of IT procedures, standards and technical solutions. You work with external service providers and ensure compliance with agreed service levels. IT and innovation management You support the organisation and further development of key innovation and IT projects in the company. You contribute to IT management tasks, such as risk, resource, portfolio, license and service management. You support IT/OT projects, the further development of the systems, innovation and strategy projects of the enterprise sectors and the preparation of decision-making bases. You identify needs for hardware and software, support costing and procurement, and perform organizational tasks in the IT field.

You have a degree in IT or a comparable training. You have basic knowledge in the support of IT systems, networks and applications. You ideally have professional experience in system administration, IT or datacenter operation. Knowledge of virtualization environments, storage solutions or Microsoft Windows Active Directory are desirable. Ideally, you have knowledge in the field of IT security, firewall administration, energy processes or corporate software (e.g. ERP or CRM systems). Experiences in IT project or process management are advantageous. You have a class B licence. Your competences: You are characterized by commitment, a solution-oriented and well-structured operation and a high degree of self-responsibility. You will be able to communicate clearly and work with various departments in the team. You think service- and customer-oriented and actively engage in new topics. You are ready to participate in a regulated and additionally remunerated readiness to ensure IT operation. You have good English skills in word and writing.
