As part of a planned profit-related succession scheme, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / IT Business Solutions Manager / IT Business Analyst / IT Project Manager (m/w/d).

In this position you take over the technical implementation and coordination of IT projects. They analyze requirements, develop appropriate IT concepts and accompany the implementation together with internal and external teams. The goal is the sustainable optimization of business processes as well as a stable, efficient IT operation.

Planning, control and implementation of IT projects in the logistics environment Analysis of customer requirements and development of accurate IT solutions Creation of project-related documentation and transfer to IT support Coordination of internal and external project teams (including IT, sales, operation, freight management) Participation in customer discussions on demand analysis and presentation of technical concepts Organisation and implementation of training for project participants

Complete training or studies in the field of (economic) informatics, logistics, business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT project management, ideally in the logistics environment Very good understanding of business processes and well-founded knowledge of common IT tools and project management methods Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and external partners Structured, independent working and entrepreneurial thinking Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High customer orientation, hand-on mentality and pronounced solution orientation
