Our customer, an internationally active environmental service provider, is now looking for a dispatcher in 74076 Heilbronn, 73265 Dettingen unter Teck and 71679 Asperg.

• Every day you make sure that all vehicles and employees are used on the tours in a sustainable and efficient manner - your goal is to ensure a smooth process in the Dettingen waste collection and to make our customers happy - you are constantly questioning the current tour planning and constantly taking improvements to that. - As a professional manager of our professional drivers and loaders, you are the first contact person and therefore always have an open ear for the concerns and wishes of your colleagues - At the same time, you have all the further operational goals in focus, such as the optimal use of the fleet, the best possible personnel deployment planning, the improvement of employee satisfaction and compliance with statutory and safety-relevant requirements.

• You'll get a completed training, e.g. as a freight forwarder or similar qualifications, e.g. the transport specialist with - your entrepreneurial thinking and acting, your strong team skills and your very good communication skills will distinguish you - it's desirable if you've already gained professional experience in a comparable position, or the disposal industry - and we'll be happy if you have knowledge and experience in the practical application
