We are looking for you as a contact person for IT operation and further development in the SAP HCM environment of the Union Investment Group. As a competent advisor*in, you are significantly involved in the further development and control of our personnel applications and processes. In this dynamic environment, you can expect the following areas of activity: Ensuring and controlling the technical application operation and further development for the SAP HCM applications and their processes Support and advice on personnel applications in the SAP HCM environment with the focus: salary accounting (PY), time management (PT) and organization management (OM) Perception of internal IT service management roles for the processes incident, change, problem and supplier/service level management Technical and technical support for key users / users in the field Working in exciting projects or taking part projects Conception and support of interfaces

You fit us and this challenging position when you bring the following: Completed studies of (economic)informatics/economy or comparable IT training with several years of professional experience Multiannual professional experience in the SAP HCM environment Found professional experience in consulting / development in the SAP HCM environment First experience on the Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Workzone are beneficial First experience in managing service providers Programming skills in ABAP desirable Strong interest in new technologies in the SAP HCM environment A working method characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
