In Germany, we address medium-sized companies with business relations with these markets. In addition, in cooperation with the teams of the respective ProCredit banks, we provide long-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in Southeast and Eastern Europe. As a correspondent bank of the group, we manage Group Treasury, foreign payments and commercial financing. Are you interested in operational and ICT risk management and information security?

In our 18-month trainee program, you will have the opportunity to gain deep insights into these areas and develop your interests accordingly. As part of the trainee program in Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM), you will be intensively integrated into the team from the outset and will be given the opportunity to introduce your knowledge from the beginning to the bank-based practice. During your trainee program, you will be assigned the following tasks: identification, assessment, control and monitoring of non-financial risks, in particular: Operational risks ICT/cyber risks Information security risks Implementation of scenario analyses and self assessments Analysis and tracking of Risk Events and Incidents Risk reporting to the Risk Committee, the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board of the Bank and the supervisory authorities Support in the further development of the internal control system and in information security and ICT risk management projects Participation in the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, DORA, ZAG) Monitoring of internal and external audits

Following the trainee programme, we strive for a long-term employment relationship.
