Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person and interface between the Bechtle sales units and the Microsoft manufacturer with the focus on the Microsoft BDM Modern Work & Copilot Business. You will take over the planning and implementation of various campaigns and actions for Modern Work & Copilot business development. Your focus is always on identifying growth potentials among our national and international sales companies through analysis and good understanding of the business field. Last but not least, you support and advise our sales colleagues in the daily business and in projects through manufacturer-specific possibilities and work with the central units of the Bechtle Group (national and international).

Complete training, e.g. for the industrial businessman/wife or merchant/wife or completed studies, e.g. in economics (BWL) or the like. Experience with the manufacturer Microsoft and the associated cloud portfolio especially in the area of Microsoft Modern Work & Copilot. Multiannual professional experience in the described area of responsibility. Ability to deal flexibly with changing and increasing requirements in daily business as well as good English skills and readiness to travel. Personally, we especially like your communicative and solution-oriented personality and enforcing ability, with which you develop your network quickly and trustfully, as well as your solution-oriented and independent way of working.
