Number: MER0003M6L The RD/E Electrified drive systems, which are based with their employees at Untertürkheim and Sindelfingen sites, are responsible for the development and the portfolio and lifecycle management of the electrified drive systems for Mercedes-Benz Cars, Mercedes-Benz Vans and Mercedes-AMG. The electrified drive trains from Mercedes-Benz have always formed the tip in their segments and are characterized by their performance, reliability and running culture. In this exciting environment, we are always at the heart of time in the staff office of Powertrain development and accompany the technological and strategic developments of today and tomorrow. During the internship, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders in our company across areas and hierarchy. These challenges include: Responsible and independent driving of projects such as the design of event formats Optimization of methods and processes in the staff management Pre- and follow-up of appointments and workshops Support in creating presentations for (top) management Collecting and preparing information from different departments in the field Support of the staff team in day-to-day business and support for additional projects

Course in the business or technical field, also in the field of communication Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (including PowerPoint and Excel, ideally knowledge in Excel-VBA) Structured, analytical and conceptual work with a high degree of organizational talent Embossed team and communication skills to work effectively with various specialist departments First practical experience in work in a group or in organizational activities, preferably in event management High flexibility as well as self-initiative and commitment to fulfilling tasks and supporting day-to-day business Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
