You coordinate and control the strategic orientation of the customer service. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership and development of your employees. You create reports for customers and develop recommendations for action to improve the processes. You strengthen customer relationships as well as the relationship with other branches through a pronounced conflict and solution management and regularly conduct quality and service meetings with customers. You operate active networking and work out the best-practise approaches. You are also co-responsible for the achievement of the low-level targets. A targeted leadership of employees, promotion of young people and team motivation are your tasks.

You have successfully completed your studies in business management with the focus on logistics or comparable further education and have already gained well-founded professional and leadership experience in the specialized field. You have experience in customer care and complaint management. You have good English skills in word and writing (at least level B2). You control the current MS Office applications, M365 and IT applications. You are characterized by good communication and communication skills and complete their profile with a pronounced social competence as well as a high level of service and cooperation. You are team-oriented and have a structured and independent way of working.
