Developing training and ensuring quality You are responsible for the further development of our technical training landscape and create concepts, processes and structures for modern training. Together with the local trainers, you will ensure that new approaches are implemented effectively in everyday life. Trainees professionally accompany and ensure standards You take over the professional leadership of industrial and technical trainers in the fields of electrical engineering and industrial mechanics. In doing so, you analyze processes, formulate process and work documentation and make sure that standards and specifications are complied with. Control cooperation and planning You work closely with specialist departments, trainers and trainees, develop the network of training officers and take over the planning of technical-commercial trainees. Modernizing learning concepts and ensuring safety You develop training methods and concepts so that learning remains technically, didactically and organizationally sustainable. At the same time, you pay attention to compliance with occupational safety in the training sector. Responsibility to the training centres In addition, you take special tasks at our technical training centres and support where additional coordination, organisation or further development is required.

Technical and technical basis You have a completed training in an electrotechnical profession and additionally a study, ideally in electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification as a master or Technicians in electrical engineering or mechatronics. Structure, digital openness and communication strength You work independently and structured, bring a pronounced IT affinity with you, and you enjoy helping to shape modern learning environments. At the same time you communicate clearly, go empathically towards people and meet decisions securely and bindingly. Organizational and flexibility You bring a good understanding of economic relationships, keep an overview of the coordination of various topics and are ready to travel regularly between our training sites. .
