The non-profit Evangelical Society for Child, Youth and Family mbH (KJF) is an evangelical institution of 24 daycare centres and 3 day care centres. The KJF has more than 350 employees and supports around 1,500 children from 4 months to school admission.

Support us as a free Kita line (m/w/d) in the four-group Kita Waldnest (Bonn-Bad Godesberg)

Senior Consultant (m/w/d): At least two years of professional experience in a management function, also as an assistant manager Nice experience with new kitas and building a pedagogical team. This makes our Kita Waldnest in Bonn-Bad Godesberg special:

The Waldnest, a certified family centre, is located on the grounds of the Evangelical Hospital on the outskirts of the Schweinheim district, right on the edge of the Kottenforste forest.

Around 75 children of the age of 4 months are served in the institution until You enter the school.

A group – the “Waldstrolche” – is a forest education group in which children from three years to the entrance to the school are supervised from 8 am to 3 pm. In the forest nest we work in the partially open concept (except here are only the youngest children). All children have fixed reference persons who are there for children, especially in the reconciliation phase – but also later.

In addition, different functional spaces are available to children, where educational offers are made. The speciality of our facility is close to the forest. We are happy to use this for forest walks, longer trips, forest days or forest weeks.

For the autumn of 2027, a move is planned within Bad Godesberg to a comfortable new building in Friesdorfer Straße, which includes many new design possibilities for the team and the management.
