WpHG compliance has the task of ensuring compliance with legal and supervisory rules in the securities business in order to protect investors and to maintain market integrity. These include the 3 tasks: monitoring and control, consulting and training, reporting. Your future tasks include: Your ability to analyze, monitor and implement compliance with legal and internal requirements on the subject of securities compliance. Own Responsibility: You develop and implement processes, monitoring instruments and prevention measures on securities compliance. You are contact: You advise employees of the Berliner Sparkasse on the above topics. You have irregularities in mind: You monitor eye-catching transactions and transactions, work on risk analyses, reports and reports, among others, for bodies, and accompany internal and external audits.

You have a completed university degree in economics or a comparable degree. You have at least. 3-year practical experience in securities business. You have basic knowledge of the compliance-relevant legal bases, especially in capital market regulation (including MIFID, MAR, WpHG, MaComp). You have good English language skills. You have knowledge in process management. You are open to agile work forms and project work.
