You play a central role in the further development of our quality management. The focus of your work is on the planning, control and implementation of projects in quality management and quality development. You analyze existing processes and identify optimization potentials. In addition, you develop quality standards, methods and instruments, implement them and monitor the operational implementation. You create evaluations, reports, presentations and decision templates for management. The moderation of workshops, project groups and working groups as well as the coordination of strategic initiatives and change projects round off your multifaceted task.

Complete studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering and a comparable qualification Professional experience in project management, quality management or organisational development as well as sound experience in process management Secure handling of MS Office applications as well as knowledge in CAQ and/or ERP systems (e.g. SAP) are advantageous Very good knowledge of German in word and writing What's the matter with us?
