Filial and employee responsibility Evaluation and control of the branch numbers Responsibility and implementation of Filial Optics according to our AWG Visual Merchandising Standards leadership, coaching and employee development of the branch team Responsibility of personnel deployment planning and structuring of the daily store role model function in all tasks as well as in our AWG sales philosophy settlement of a customer-oriented cashier process according to the AWG standards Warehouse and goods management Close exchange with the district sales management, as well as the branch manager colleagues within the region Monitoring and implementation of interviews Organisation and implementation of inventory
