Development and maintenance of cross-system functions: They proactively drive the development and maintenance of complex functions that are integrated across different systems. You always have a look at the entire end-to-end chain to ensure a seamless and efficient system landscape. Analysis and optimization: They analyse existing systems and processes and work closely with the participating departments to continuously optimize them. Use your analytical skills to identify and implement improvement potentials. Cooperation and communication: They work in close cooperation with internal and external partners to develop innovative and forward-looking solutions together. Your communication skills are used to ensure effective cooperation and smooth processes. Documentation and presentation: You carefully document the work results of your projects and are able to present them convincingly at different company levels. In doing so, you can prepare technical content in a comprehensible manner and convey it in a target group-oriented manner. Cultural development: They actively engage in the further development of corporate culture and help create a motivating and supporting working environment. Qualification: You have completed your studies in computer science, engineering or comparable Experience: They have several years of professional experience in the field of system engineering or in a similar position as well as experience in the elevator industry, with two-way emergency call systems and call center systems are advantageous Knowledge: You have profound knowledge in the analysis and optimization of IT systems and processes Communication: They are characterized by excellent communication skills and have experience in working with different stakeholders Analytics: They bring a high level of problem-solving and analysis skills and work structured and independent Innovation: You have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement Language: You have very good German and English skills
