Provision of parts and materials (e.g. core sheets, press bars, tie bars) according to requirements Preparation, change and adjustment of tools and assembly equipment (e.g. core space) laying and coating of core and upper yoke components according to requirements Documentation of measurement results, reworking and committee Detection of malfunctions, introduction of measures to eliminate and disclose fault descriptions Maintenance and cleaning operations according to maintenance plans Compilation of materials and components on the basis of lists and procurement of the necessary tools Defining the workflow after consultation with the supervisor Production of components according to the drawing or Coordination of production and measurement of supplied parts Assembly, retensioning and securing of transformer active parts according to the drawing on instruction Assembly of simple transformer windings according to production documents, possibly with industrial conveyors Examination of the dimensional accuracy according to the drawing and implementation of adaptation and rework Participation in repairs of transformer active parts under technical instructions Indication of necessary changes in drawings and technical documentation

Complete vocational training with professional experience in metal construction or electrical engineering or a comparable qualification A crane license is required at the latest at the start date Ready for 3-layer system in the interlayer Experience and understanding in reading technical drawings
