Our team is responsible for the operational training management for national and international training measures and supports the learning journey of all employees. As a Learning Referent (m/w/d), you coordinate the implementation of our training events as well as the national Welcome Day - and thus contribute to the continuous further development of our employees. Welcome Day: You are responsible for the independent coordination and organisation of the introductory events for our new employees:inside. Training Management: The independent organization of our training events for the Business Unit Tax & Legal is in close cooperation with the Management and the Business Unit Learning Lead. Learning Technology: In your function, you enter the training content in our Learning Management systems and participate in the continuous improvement of the processes in operational training management. Consultation: Together with your team, you will advise and attend our employees: women, executives and learners responsible for all themes on training organization, implementation and participation. Networking: A close collaboration with our people teams, people business partners and stakeholders from the business offers you the opportunity to build a personal network.

Complete study of the business administration, pedagogy, psychology with appropriate specialization subjects or completed commercial vocational training ideally with the focus on human resources Ideally, first relevant experience in training management and/or personnel administration in an international group or consulting environment Impressed communication strength and team capacity as well as a high level of commitment, reliability, sense of responsibility, self-employment and customer orientation Adaptability to changing challenges and implementation strength Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a safe handling of MS Office applications (especially Excel) and ideally first experiences with a Learning Management System
