Head of Department Electrical Engineering - Building Technology / Building Services (m/f/d)

You take over the overall responsibility for the Department of Electrical Engineering and lead projects to success in terms of quality, dates and budget Together with management and branch management, You shape the strategic development of the department and contribute significantly to the achievement of sales and earnings targets You develop future-oriented concepts for growth, sales and efficiency enhancement and implement them consistently in practice You motivate and develop your team as a leader and create a powerful and value-adding working environment You build sustainable relationships with customers:inside, You work closely and trustfully with internal specialist areas By continuously developing processes, investments and quality standards, you ensure the long-term success of your department

You have a completed study of electrical engineering or a technical training with further education (e.g. Master:in or technician:in) You have multi-year practice in energy and building technology, project management and employee management You have profound knowledge of VDE standards, DIN regulations and occupational safety You are safe in handling planning software and common MS Office applications You think entrepreneurial, are organisational and have leadership skills
