Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for not only detecting complaints, but also to analyse them specifically to identify causes of errors and to develop sustainable solutions. You will always accompany the entire complaint process from the first collection to customer-oriented completion – with the aim of strengthening the confidence of our customers and ensuring satisfaction. In this role, you help us lift our quality standards and continuously improve production processes. So you make a real difference – for our company and for our customers. Recognize Causes: Active cooperation in analyzing causes of errors and creating meaningful 8D reports, in which effective measures on sustainable problem solving are set together with the team. Ensure quality: Responsibility for the follow-up and assessment of the effectiveness of introduced measures to ensure that quality standards are maintained permanently and processes are continually improved. Improving processes: support in the optimization and stabilization of our production and production processes in the context of continuous improvement initiatives (KV) – with the aim of sustainably increasing product quality, efficiency and process safety.

Basics: completed vocational training in the technical field Knowledge: Ideally experience in the field of PCB production, processing or process engineering Passion: Interest in quality methods (e.g. 5W, 8D, FMEA) Communication: Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Strengths: Teamability, High Level of Own Responsibility, Solution-oriented and Structured Operation
