Head of thematically diverse evaluation, research and consulting projects in the fields of health care and care Responsibility for the design and implementation of the projects Planning of work packages, delegation of the processing of individual work packages to colleagues in the project team, coordination and quality assurance of the work of the project team Collection, preparation and analysis and evaluation of different primary and secondary data including subsequent illustration of the results Write scientific texts and project reports, including the development of conclusions and recommendations to the client Confidential cooperation with clients, including coordination of the actions of the project team and presentation of (intermediate) results Participation in the acquisition of projects

Graduate degree (Diplom or Master) preferably in epidemiology, public health, sociology, economics, health economics, psychology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in research or in a comparable function Very good empirical-methodological knowledge, in particular questionnaire development and study design Experience in dealing with relevant statistics software (e.g. R, SPSS or STATA) High readiness to work on new issues and relationships High scientific claim and high customer orientation High level of readiness and outcome orientation as well as a thorough and accurate operation
