You are responsible for providing theoretical and practical training in commercial and technical training. You design learning processes, accompany and promote the trainees individually and prepare them for their final exams. You work closely with specialist departments and vocational schools to ensure that training is in line with the training framework plan and that trainees are best prepared for their future tasks.

Selection, training and guidance of technical/commercial trainees and dual students Training and management of external trainees as part of training cooperation Intermediation and introduction of knowledge and skills in various training occupations/dual courses of study (including industrial mechanic, mechatronic, machinist, industrial businessman, dual study of industrial engineering/mechatronics) Creation and implementation of operational training plans in close consultation with the specialist departments in accordance with the training status of trainees Ensure safety in operation and compliance with legal requirements for training Cooperation with universities/vocational schools Close coordination with the departments in accordance with the training status of trainees Leading evaluation and funding talks Preparation of trainees for examinations Implementation of administrative activities (e.g. creation of contracts and other personal documents, management of trainee staff files) Coordination of trainee assignments in the company Continuous further development of training at BAADER Cooperation in the implementation of training marketing measures Participation in trade fairs Representation of the trainer of vocational training

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering or successfully completed technical, multiannual specialist training Including commercial and technical professional experience Successful training examination Secure MS Office application knowledge (Word, Excel), ideally knowledge in the applicant management system d.vinci Educational skills: joy in dealing with people and developing personalities as well as educational skills Social competences: very good communication skills and social competence in dealing with young people Methodological skills: experience in the design, structuring and mediation of learning processes as well as joy in the new and/or Further development of processes and procedures Technical knowledge: experience in dealing with relevant CAD programs and understanding and interest in technical developments Leadership with a self-initiative and motivation, decision-making and enforcement strength as well as persuasiveness and “hands-on” mentality
