You are an expert: in generalist personnel work and could collect sound knowledge in the field of labour law? Are you looking for a partnership with our works council and our sales executives? You act as a savings partner: at eye level and, together with our executives, drive the organisational and personnel development forward You advise executives on all issues related to performance management, learning & development, talent management and strategic personnel planning You take personal and labour law issues into your business units and develop suitable solutions You tax the annual HR Cycle (MOMENT) for your care area You act as an interface between the day-to-day operating business and the human resources management and ensure smooth implementation You control personnel development measures and also take on the moderation of workshops You work in tandem with our Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Team You are responsible for the HR KPI cockpit and conducts appropriate business approaches through regular analyses You are involved in projects for the optimization and further development of HR processes to promote binding and further development in the teams You work confidently and cooperatively with the local works council

You have a successfully completed university degree with a focus on staff or comparable training You have several years of professional experience in the role of HR Business Partner:in or have already gained extensive experience in other HR areas You are internationally/nationally mobile for your further development open to regular travel activities You are ready to use you stubbornly and diplomatically for your topics and to represent them sovereignly at all levels of leadership You bring good knowledge of individual and collective labour law and already have experience in working with works council bodies You like to work proactively and independently, your problem-solving orientation as well as implementation strength give you the necessary ability to act Your analytical strength helps you translate KPIs into measures You have fun in designing and managing workshops and other personnel development measures Your outstanding communication skills in German and English complete your profile
