Contract Manager - Full-time or Part-time (m/f/d)

Contracts that create clarity and enable cooperation: You examine, shape and negotiate customer and supplier contracts independently and ensure a good balance between legal security and pragmatic solutions. Structures that make cooperation easier: You develop existing contractual templates, standardise processes and ensure that complex contractual contents can be handled in a comprehensible and efficient manner. Sparring partners for all departments: whether sales, management or external partners: You are a lawyer for legal questions and your assessment is understandable, clear and solution-oriented. Risks in sight – and solutions in focus: You keep legal developments in mind, recognise potential risks early and derive concrete recommendations for action. Interface between law, technology and business: You deal with topics from corporate, IT and competition law and accompany legal questions about our software solutions and business processes. Make cooperation with external law firms active: If external lawyers are involved, you tax the cooperation efficiently and keep both content and economic viability in mind.

Team collaboration: Good cooperation lives on clear and comprehensible communication. You are happy to work with different teams, can communicate complex technical and legal topics in a comprehensible way and communicate safely in German (at least C1 level) and in English in word and writing. Since our working day is predominantly German-speaking, a very good level of speech is important. In addition, you have a valid right to stay or a work permit for Germany and value the cooperation in the team on site – with at least two common days a week at our site in Wuppertal. Solid legal foundation for business: You have a degree in law or economic law and have several years of experience in contract law – ideally in the IT, software or technology environment. Entrepreneurial thinking instead of a purely legal perspective: You not only think legal, but also entrepreneurial, and you can classify legal issues economically. Structure you can rely on: You work independently, organize and keep track of different topics and contracts. Pragmatic solutions with an eye dimension: You are not looking for the most complicated solution, but the most sensible – and are happy to work on good results together with different disciplines. Experience in cooperation with external partners: Ideally, you already have experience in working with external law firms and understand how to efficiently coordinate issues.
