You have a completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of Public Management or as a graduate administrator or a comparable qualification They have a strong understanding of communicative relations and responsibilities They are creative and flexible and have the willingness to work occasionally in the evening or weekend You have excellent written and oral communication skills They work independently and structured, but are also looking forward to real teamwork Professional experience in public administration or in a similar environment is beneficial
