Become part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US Our team “Customer Operations and Projects Digital Services” is responsible for the entire process for smooth use of digital portals and services at our customers. Our tasks range from the definition of requirements for process and system landscapes in the strategy phase, the support of projects in their implementation, the control of our external partners: within and the guarantee of a holistic and integrated solution-finding approach for disturbances in the digital ecosystem of our customers. To focus even more on the needs of our customers, we are currently working very intensively on our “COP7 Strategy 2030”. As part of the strategy, we focus on customer orientation and perception. To achieve this goal, we want to modernise our knowledge transfer – and we are looking for you!

The activity can be carried out as a voluntary internship or as a compulsory internship.
