You support sales in offering creation by knowing our product portfolio and selecting and calculating the right products and options In the best case, you enter individual customers directly and independently If the customer assigns an order, you organize its internal processing – from start to end You check the customer orders, put them in the ERP system and make sure that all necessary information is available You communicate with customers, inform them about delivery and appointments, accept calls You organize the shipment, take care of the customs and collect shipping documents and invoices If something goes wrong, you take care of complaint management – your goal is satisfied customers You work closely with the management of supply chain management and support it in commercial tasks, customer audits and special tasks

You have a commercial training in the industrial or large / external trade environment or a comparable qualification Order processing, sales services or inside sales are your world – here you have worked successfully for several years You've already gained experience in producing B2B business You can safely handle ERP, CRM systems and Office 365 and are happy to work in modern IT worlds You feel comfortable in international customer care and have good oral and written communication skills You speak and write in German and English Hands-on mentality paired with a structured and targeted way of working and analytical thinking Flexibility and readiness to learn
