About the job Headquartered in Mandarin Oriental, Munich, the Groups & Events Coordinator is responsible for all events. The Groups & Events Coordinator reports to the Director of Groups & Events.

As Groups & Events Coordinator you are responsible for the following tasks: Editing all incoming requests for events Communication with all departments involved Support and advice of customers and guests Creation and processing of offers, contracts and other documents Implementation of local visits

As Groups & Events Coordinator we expect you: Passion for events and (luxury) hotel industry Professional experience in hotel industry or gastronomy of advantage Guest-oriented action Organizational talent Flowing German and English skills
