blackolive is an owner-managed real estate consulting company focusing on office rental and office investment. Since our founding in 2012, we have grown continuously and now have about 50 colleagues.

From our office in the middle of Frankfurt – directly at the Opera Square in the “Welle” – we advise our customers mainly in the Rhine-Main area. Over the past few years we have successfully conveyed over 750,000 m2 of office space. Our investment team also accompanied real estate transactions with a total volume of nearly 700 million. Euro.

IT-System Administrator (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

You work together with our internal IT team to support and develop our IT infrastructure You support our colleagues in everyday IT topics and help them quickly and solution-oriented You administrate our Windows clients and support our server landscape in the team You perform tasks in user and rights management together with the IT team Together with us, you will explore our environment around Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 You work with us in our hybrid exchange environment and accompany the migration to cloud-only You monitor and run software updates on client and server side You expand and care for our monitoring in Checkmk Together with the team, you will support our virtualization and backup environment based on Proxmox You support server and operating system upgrades You work with technologies like Sophos, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive and our on-prem file servers You bring your own ideas and actively shape our IT landscape You take responsibility with us in your task, but always work as part of a small internal IT team in close coordination with the head of IT.

You have several years of professional experience in a comparable IT role You have a completed training as a specialist or a suitable study You are also welcome to us as a cross-income – provided you have at least five years of relevant professional experience with You know well with Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365 You have experience in Windows environments You bring good Linux skills You work independently, structured and solution-oriented You think analytically and find pragmatic solutions Reliability, sense of responsibility and team skills are of course for you You bring your own initiative and you want to actively shape themes You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing Technical English – especially for documentation – is no problem for you Knowledge of Sophos, Intune or Checkmk are desirable, but no need
