Process Consultant - ERP Implementation / Oracle (m/f/d)

You analyze and improve business processes. The speciality: In workshops, you can use the Horus® business process tools and prefabricated best practice reference models for process visualization and documentation Together with the specialist experts, You develop requirements for the configuration of the target system and specifications for customer-specific additional developments and integrations according to a standardized procedure. In addition, define suitable test cases Design, configure, personalize and test business processes in the enterprise software system, including Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle NetSuite ERP and heterogeneous systems You design data migration and support the transformation process, data cleansing and migration implementation You support organisational change management and plan and carry out training and coaching measures You support customers in the operating phase as needed, solve application problems and eliminate system errors as well as maintain and develop the system continuously

You have completed your studies in business engineering, business informatics, information management, BWL with IT affinity, computer science with BWL affinity or are cross-comers:in with business practice experience You have sound business knowledge and ideally user experience in at least one of the following areas: financial and accounting, enterprise performance management, SCM/logistics and production, customer experience (distribution, marketing, service) or human resources management (HCM) You use digital technologies and AI responsibly, with the aim of creating sustainable human user experiences You have a strong communication capability, abstraction and structuring capability, care in the production of documentation and presentation documents as well as good German and English skills You are mobile in project work in Germany and abroad
