Operations are your tasks Support of management in the areas of warehouse and logistics, contribute to the creation of service plans Cooperation in quality assurance for warehouses and logistics Coordination and contact management with service providers e.g. for repairs and maintenance Administrative activities in the system of goods Takeover of internal tasks, e.g. reporting Logistics are your tasks Active participation in the daily logistics solution Outbound Processing and disposition of cargo hold reservations in the goods management system including the required documents (transport orders, loading lists, etc.) Creating freight papers and shipping documents Communicative interface to the dispatchers of forwarders and our competent authorities internally

Commercial training e.g. merchants for forwarding and logistics services, specialist warehouse logistics or similar Safe handling of MS Office programs in particular Excel Experience in working with goods management systems would be advantageous Responsibility Strong, precise, proactive and structured communication and implementation Reliability, teamability and independence Performance, motivation and initiative Willingness to change weekend work
