Software Engineer PCS7 (Lead) (m/f/d)

Professional leadership of the PCS7 software team in developing automation solutions for naval projects and ensuring compliance with standards, cybersecurity requirements and engineering standards Conception and implementation of complex customer requirements, including optimization and further development of existing standards Development of PCS7 software architecture for AS/OS systems, redundancy concepts, network structures and interfaces Planning and execution of acceptance tests at supplier: inside and on board to verify the conformity of systems Coordination of all project-related activities, documentation of results and ensuring continuous knowledge transfer within the team

Complete study in the field of automation, electrical, computer science or information technology and at least 5 years of professional experience Multiannual leadership experience of PCS7 teams and extensive engineering skills with PCS7 (AS & OS), including further system knowledge and integration of external systems and interfaces; Simulation experience of advantage German and English skills Self-safe occurrence, enforcement, strong team and communication skills as well as high precision, self-responsibility, resilience and organisational ability Ability to coordinate complex technical requirements and manage project-related tasks independently
