Employee community and digital projects (m/f/d)

Support of the project management in the control and further development of the Jena Digital Innovation Hub Planning, coordination and implementation of projects and measures in the context of Smart City and digital transformation Organisation and moderation of workshops, events and participation formats with relevant actors: Interface management between business, science, administration and civil society Monitoring, controlling and documentation of project progress Communication of project results (e.g. presentations, contributions, public relations) Support for the development of networks and cooperation at regional and national level

You have a completed training or study in event management, project management, office administration or a comparable qualification. You have first or more years of experience in project management – ideally in the near-innovation environment. You are interested in digitalization, smart city, innovation and regional development. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented. You have organizational talent, communicate safely and work with people from different disciplines. You're sure to deal with MS Office and common project management tools. Experiences in cooperation with different stakeholders are advantageous. Ideally, you bring knowledge of funding projects or the public environment.
