Completed three-year training in marketing, communication or media, or a comparable qualification, e.g. B. a relevant study At least three years of professional experience with detectable successes in the marketing and communication environment Embossed communication strength and a secure and enforceable occurrence Structured, independent and targeted working with high planning competence Experience in the independent control and implementation of complex projects High self-initiative, motivation and willingness to take responsibility as well as pleasure in self-employed work Quick understanding and the ability to keep an overview even in a dynamic environment Impressive sensitivity for the perspectives of CJD teams, target groups and customers High level of care, quality awareness and detail accuracy Knowledge of email marketing is beneficial Ideally experience dealing with Microsoft 365 and teams, CMS systems (in particular Drupal), marketing analysis tools (e.g. eTracker), the Adobe Creative Suite (in particular InDesign), DAM systems and Canva The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
