You actively support our talent acquisition team in identifying and addressing suitable talents through different recruiting channels (Active Sourcing) and gains deep insights into modern recruiting.

You participate in the creation and publication of job advertisements and applicant communication.

You research potential candidates, develop a sense of suitable search strategies and learn how to inspire talents for our company.

Depending on your interest and needs, you will be involved in HR projects, for example in the fields of employer branding.

You work independently on your tasks, are closely accompanied and take more responsibility step by step. This allows you to discover your strengths and find out which topics in the HR will inspire you.

If necessary, you can also support our HR team in other topics in the personnel sector and gain additional insights into the wide range of personnel work.

You are a student in the bachelor's or master's degree with a psychological, business, legal or similar focus and looking for an exciting student job. You have fun in a variety of tasks and bring flexibility and willingness to work 15-20 hours a week during the semester. Self-employment and self-initiative are self-evident for you and you can implement tasks independently. Ideally, you already have relevant experiences from internships or student work.
