You take responsibility: you optimise work systems, material and information flows in our work in Bad Kreuznach. You are an important interface: the determination and tracking of the reference values for the performance reward and capacity calculation are in your hand. You do a variety of tasks: you set up work instructions and use the Michelin Way tools and methods to accelerate the success of progress initiatives. You work in the master team, work groups and project groups. You think one step further: you will increase the autonomy of production teams in the long term and implement development initiatives for the sustainable performance optimization of production areas and plants (TRS, cycle).

You have a university degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering or process engineering or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring first professional experience in the production environment, perhaps even in the organization of the company. If you have already completed the training for the REFA technician, this is an advantage. You master the Microsoft Office programs and bring advanced knowledge in Excel. You work methodically, analytically and show strong own initiative. Your flexibility and your ability to motivate and moderate groups are yours. You control secure communication (word and writing) in German (C2) and English (B2). French (B1) is a plus.
