(Social) Pedagogical Specialist All-Day in the Office of Education and Social Cohesion (m/f/d)

The district of Hameln-Pyrmont is looking for a social-pedagogical or educational specialist (m/w/d) for his office education and social cohesion at the next possible time to implement the nationwide legal claim for full-time care for primary school children. Job placement is full-time and limited until 30.04.2027. The main tasks

• Development and development of regional networks to ensure full-time support

• Quality assurance and further development:

• Development of uniform standards for full-time offers (e.g. AGs, care concepts etc.)

• Creation and implementation of evaluation concepts

• consultation and regular exchange with cooperation partners

• Development of existing offer formats

• design, organisation and, where appropriate, implementation of training for all persons involved in the whole day

• Demand analysis and supply planning:

• Analysis of existing offers, school concepts and potential providers in the region

• Collection of specific needs, in particular with regard to holiday care (type and scope)

• Identification and integration of non-curricular regional learning sites

• Organisational and administrative support

• Development and provision of work aids (contracts, guidelines)

• Support for the acquisition and settlement of funds

• Participation in planning and organisational implementation of holiday care offers

Your skills They bring

• a completed study of social work or social education with state recognition
• as an alternative, a completed study in the field of childhood education or education with corresponding multiannual professional experience
• good organizational and communication skills
• Team skills
• reliable, independent and flexible operation
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of communal structures and social spaces

For activities in the field of external services, the ownership of the licence of Class B is required. The willingness to provide the private vehicle for service purposes is expected. Existing costs shall be reimbursed within the framework of the travel cost law. We offer you

Working conditions are governed by the public service collective agreement (TVöD). The additional pension is provided by the Federal and Länder pension fund (VBL).
