Head of Nursing – Early Rehabilitation in Bad Staffelstein (m/f/d)

Responsible area management: You run the nursing service of the early neurological rehabilitation stations GE/A0 in cooperation with the relevant team management and take over the operational management, consulting and guidance of the station teams. Efficient personnel deployment planning: You are responsible for the service and holiday planning and ensure the necessary and efficient use of personnel. Structured process organization: You organize, coordinate, evaluate and optimize the workflows in close cooperation with the medical management, taking into account the objectives of the respective areas and economic aspects. Ensuring care quality: You ensure a high quality of care, taking into account statutory, professional and quality-relevant requirements, work with quality management and carry out care visas. Targeted personnel and team development: You promote the professional qualification of your employees, implement targeted personnel development measures and professional training and carry out internal short-term training independently. You have completed training as health care and nursing staff as well as several years of professional experience in the field of neurology and neurological early rehabilitation.
