Operation, monitoring and supervision of our building equipment in the HKLS and fire extinguishing systems Implementation of maintenance, inspection and repair work including related documentation Perception of the function of the Sprinklerwart Independent troubleshooting, fault analysis and fault elimination Implementation of functional and operational controls on building installations Implementation of small repair and assembly work Operation and monitoring of the systems via building control technology Instruction and support of external specialist companies and service providers

Successfully completed technical training as a plant mechanic SHK, heating and ventilation engineer, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration or in a comparable training profession Multiannual professional experience in maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of buildings Ideally a successfully completed training for qualified person for sprinkler systems according to DIN EN 12845 and VdS CEA 4001 Basic knowledge of MSR and electrical engineering is advantageous Independent, reliable and solution-oriented mode of operation Team skills and responsibility driving licence class B
