This is expected

• Instruction of new employees into the customer objects
• Control of all workflows in your customer objects (e.g., search, adjust and assign cleaning forces, perform cleaning controls, order and deliver material, process complaints)
• Responsibility for compliance with budget requirements
• Ensuring the contractual performance of our services
• First contact person for our customers and your cleaning staff in your customer objects
• Interface between customer and branch

This will bring you with

• Professional experience in building cleaning, ideally as an object line or in a comparable position
• Personnel management experience, coupled with high social competence in dealing with people
• Service-oriented and economically predictive thinking and action
• Embossed communication and cooperation capability
• Self-safe, binding and service-oriented appearance
• MS-Office knowledge (outlook) and sapphire desirable
• Car driver license class B
