Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

You collect various business incidents in SAP with a focus on the rental area You take the accounting of invoices, credits and assets You are correctly mapping provisions and boundaries (ARAP and PRAP) You put on permanent bookings in the rental area and play them You carry out creditor payrolls, including rent payments, You register sales to landlords, earn sales rents and make the corresponding invoices You take account of account management and clarification and keeps you clean You carefully prepare all necessary documents for the annual sales testing of our auditors You actively support the monthly and annual work and contribute to a smooth process
