In this versatile role, our project teams support you in the planning, control and successful implementation of complex projects. You coordinate appointments and procedures, keep important project data in mind and contribute significantly to project success with your organizational talent. You can use innovative methods, modern digital tools and the targeted use of artificial intelligence. Professional support of our project teams in controlling and implementing challenging projects Coordination of appointments, meetings and internal and external voting including preparatory and follow-up Support in the creation and follow-up of offers and in the preparation of presentations and other project-related documents Creating evaluations, reports and decision templates for project teams Support of project controlling by auditing accounts, yields and project-related key figures Data management and project organization using modern digital tools Active participation in the introduction and use of AI-assisted procedures to optimise processes and cooperation

Completed commercial training, economic studies or comparable qualification First professional experience in a comparable assistance function, ideally in the project environment, consulting or professional services, also in the form of internships or work students activities Secure handling of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel; Knowledge in Monday or comparable project management tools are beneficial Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Enthusiasm for digital innovations and the use of AI tools for increasing efficiency, automation and continuous further development of processes Impressed communication skills and joy in working together in interdisciplinary teams Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation
