We develop and manufacture premium sim balancing products that are valued worldwide for their innovative technology, uncompromising quality and exceptional processing. About 80% of our sales are achieved outside Germany. BavarianSimTec is growing rapidly and our production is growing with our growth. This is why we are looking for a handcrafted production employee who assembles our high-quality products independently and with utmost care. With us you don't work on the assembly line, but in our high-tech manufacture you produce complete sim-racing products for whose quality you stand personally.

Your responsibilities You manufacture our high-quality Sim-Racing products independently and completely – from the first component to the tested end product. You can remove the required components from the warehouse and assemble them at your modern production workstation. You mount precise components made of aluminum, carbon and glass as well as electronic components, boards and displays. During the entire production you carry out several quality controls and functional tests. With the help of our own computer programs you check the finished products and document the individual production steps. You alternately manufacture our different steering wheels and other products. This keeps your work varied, demanding and versatile. You actively contribute your experiences from daily production and support us with suggestions for improvement for our products and production processes. For each product you manufacture, you personally take responsibility: The serial number is assigned to your name – for BavarianSimTec applies quality before quantity.

That's what you bring You are handcrafted and enjoy precise, fine-mechanical work. You work reliably, carefully and concentrated – even with small components and demanding assembly steps. You have a strong sense of quality and don't give yourself 95 % if you can get 105 %. You think, bring your own ideas and want to actively improve our products and production processes. You have basic computer skills and are ready to work with our production documentation and quality control programs. Technical or craftsmanship is advantageous, but no requirement. We are very pleased with motivated cross-comers from all industries and work extensively. Knowledge in the field of Sim Racing is a great advantage, but no need. More importantly, your enthusiasm for high-quality technical products and your claim to deliver first-class work.
