Creation and updating of long and medium-term personnel operations (annual plan/work plan/shift plan) Preparation and implementation of layer plan simulations Support / implementation of system tests including documentation and communication with other areas Identification of local user requirements and the introduction of local users into the systems of working time management Data evaluations and plausibility checks Maintenance of basic data and authorization profiles Working in projects for process optimization and digitization

completed commercial training with at least four years of corresponding professional experience as well as at least two years of state-approved training (e.g. experience in a multi-layered multi-layered company, in particular in personnel deployment planning, time management and stratification Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint etc.) High customer and quality orientation as well as pronounced organizational skills Analytical and solution-oriented thinking English in Word and Scripture
