As part of the national talent & performance management team, you will ensure the conditions for fair and transparent development of employees and executives at ALDI Nord Deutschland. With your expertise, you can help the team prepare, manage and reprocess employee talk processes for different target groups, as well as the downstream talent learning process. You contribute to an emphasizing employee journey of new ALDIans by answering, controlling, developing and designing onboarding and editing formats (including editing plans) for different target groups (in sales, logistics, administration). You organize and run the national onboarding format (POWER Days) on ALDI campus. You analyze international requirements for performance management and implement them together with colleagues at national level. You develop new methods and instruments of Performance & Talent Management and bring them into practice from theory – as well as existing instruments such as e.g. feedback and target formats you develop customer-centric. You regularly interact with internal stakeholders such as executives, HR business partners, IT, risk and compliance. You work with national People & Culture colleagues across the team to advance the interconnection within the group and use synergy effects.

You have a degree in economic psychology, economic pedagogy, or Economics or comparable. You have (first) experience in performance management (including employee talk and feedback formats, target processes). You have ideally gained first professional experience (2-3 years) in personnel and/or executive development. You like to work at eye level in the team and approach tasks critically constructively – but above all solution-oriented. You convince by sovereign communication at all hierarchical levels as well as analytically structured work. You also feel comfortable in a changing environment. You are IT-technically affin and want to develop our internal solutions according to target groups (more).
