Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the service. This includes serving food and drinks and advice from guests. You will learn which wines are recommended for what food, which drinks are suitable as aperitif, you will learn to mix classic cocktails and create new drinks. The banquet area is about festive events, such as weddings, corporate parties and gala events. The conference, conference and congress area is about business occasions that are organized, here also for up to 1000 guests. In this area, you will get to know all facets in the event area from the planning through the consultation and operational implementation. The training also includes goods procurement and storage, as well as personnel procurement and operational planning. You will get to know and deal with various specific gastronomy and event-specific digital computer programs.
