Service technicians for installation and commissioning

After a short consultation with the project manager, you take over the management of construction sites and coordinate the local staff. You mount, install and program building components with a team and then check them for functionality. You'll start work logs and run interim checks. If necessary, you will carry out the error correction before the start-up of the fire alarm systems and document this in the checklists and plans You carry out the installation/testing of the system of the systems using checklists. You control the compliance of the project specifications and set up the necessary documents (test logs, audit documents, commissioning logs and scale). You accompany the experts and the fire department during the examination or Acceptance and answer any queries. You're undisturbed by our customer base. If you have any problems, your colleagues will help you by telephone with many years of experience. You give customers and colleagues telephone support in case of problems with operating the systems. This is partly done by remote access via diagnostic software (e.g. REACT-Tool/TeamViewer). You revise necessary documentation, running maps and inventory plans. Maintenance of the equipment also belongs to your tasks You take the service phone once a month

You have completed vocational training in an electrotechnical field. You have professional experience, at best in the field of hazard reporting technology. You have the class B or BE licence in your pocket. You are familiar with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook as you work with it in your current job. You are ready to take over the standby service about 1x a month so that our customers always have a contact person. You are very structured, which is why you regularly use the note app of your smartphone or tablet to plan and prioritize your tasks – even privately. Colleagues or former bosses have often said that you are very reliable. You have never appeared too late for customer appointments. You are very disciplined and targeted, which is why you are doing longer with your current employer to get a job done (no worry, this is not common with us, your attitude to it is important to us).
