Technician/Engineer as Project Manager TGA (m/f/d)

You take over the planning, control and successful implementation of maintenance, modernization and new construction projects in the field of technical building equipment and contribute significantly to ensuring long-term efficient plant operation. You are responsible for the technical support of HKLS, electrical, MSR and building automation systems. With your expertise, you will ensure safe, economical and reliable operation of the technical infrastructure. In close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers, you coordinate all project-related activities. You keep an eye on dates, costs and quality objectives and ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements. In addition, you support maintenance and repair measures, create technical alerts and actively contribute to the development and implementation of future-oriented energy and modernization concepts. This makes an important contribution to the sustainable development of the technical plant landscape.

You have successfully completed their studies in the field of technical building equipment, building technology, utility technology, electrical engineering or civil engineering. As an alternative, you will bring a further education to the technician (m/w/d) with a focus on heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical engineering or building technology. Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in technical building management, in technical building equipment (TGA) or in the planning and control of technical projects. You have developed a good understanding of the operation and the further development of complex technical systems. Finding expertise in the fields of HKLS, electrical engineering, measurement, control and control technology (MSR) or building automation is just as important as a safe handling of the relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements.
