Your competence area Special contact person and problem solver for industry-specific topics focusing on property insurance, terror and liability Self-advising customers, even in complex issues, on the development of holistic risk transfer solutions in their respective areas of responsibility Support of customer advisors for acquisition projects and implementation of tenders and acquisitions in coordination with the supervisor and/or the competent experts Self-employed processing, negotiation and management of insurance contracts Determining the spartenspecific insurance requirement Development and creation of tailor-made cover concepts Monitoring, adaptation and, where appropriate, renewal of insurance coverage, such as changes in sums, risk extensions or market changes, in coordination with the supervisor and the competent experts Close cooperation with the real estate specialists Disclosure of expertise as an internal multiplier and acquisition of sponsorships for development candidates Your profile Closed commercial training with a focus on insurance, extensive specialized and industry-specific expertise and several years of professional experience Ideally complemented by a completed study or training in the insurance sector, for example as a technical underwriter or comparable Power of persuasiveness, counselling strength and a sovereign appearance towards internal and external interlocutors at a demanding professional level Ability to apply and further develop existing solutions according to needs Excellent organizational design, high service and service orientation as well as a good understanding of the requirements of the industry and customer needs Very good professional communication skills, experience in cross-departmental cooperation and strong team skills High level of reliability, sense of responsibility, initiative and readiness to use Very good knowledge of current MS Office applications Openness to the use of AI and responsible handling of it Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
