Maintenance and repair work on building technology, various equipment and installations (restoration of building control systems, measurement and control systems, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical, sanitary, irrigation/dewatering and hot water systems) Error analysis, cause diagnosis and disorder elimination during ongoing operation Working with the construction and commissioning of building technology and plants Preventive maintenance

(m/w/d), mechatronics (m/w/d), plant mechanics (m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification Practical professional experience in the field of maintenance, facility management, assembly or service desirable Self-employed, committed and conscientious working and willingness to learn readiness for flexible working hours and readiness to call (Turnus every 4-5 weeks) Communication and team skills Good knowledge of German in word and writing
