Account Manager (m/w/d)

in full time (40h/week). Our branch is located directly in the city centre, also colleagues from the Competence Center are on site. At JACOB you have the opportunity to fully and individually support our B2B customers with bundled expertise. Your (new) customers are located in the day-pendulum radius around Saarbrücken, personal contact distinguishes us.

Your tasks:

You enter our B2B customers in the long term - our principle is ''one face to the customer'' You identify and acquire new customers and care relationships You conduct market research and recognize customer potential You represent JACOB on site and digital You create offers and process external alerts

You have successfully completed a vocational training or study You bring several years of experience in customer consultation and customer support, ideally also in external services You know the possibilities for customer retention and you use them specifically You are a networker:in and able to open ''doors and keep open'' You go proactive, structured and independent You have knowledge of German and a driving licence class B
